M2 Hotel - Phayao

The hotel is conveniently located near Kwan Phayao. Beautifully decorated with clean rooms and service areas. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. Excellent customer service - they returned a lost phone. great value for money.

The room was clean and beautiful, and we enjoyed relaxing at the nearby gathering spot.

the lack of a lift made it difficult to reach as it was on the second or third floor, and the hotel was right in the center of the city so there was a lot of noise outside. it was easy to access the main road and the staff were helpful and kind. the rooms were sleekly designed and the bathroom was spacious and effective. Breakfast was good with a selection of Thai and western dishes.

The parking situation was questionable and the location was not ideal.

The breakfast was quite good, I have to say. It was included in the price, and it had a decent selection of Thai and Western dishes. the location was really convenient! It was close to the bus station and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Plus, there was a nice lake nearby, which made for a relaxing stroll after breakfast.

I didn't like the hotel's facilities at all. the room was really basic and not very clean.

The rooms were impeccably clean and the modern design made me feel right at home. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom. The free breakfast at the neighboring cafe was a delicious bonus. Despite a small inconvenience of not having a kettle in the room, the overall value for money was amazing. The friendly and helpful reception staff made my stay even better. I highly recommend staying at M2 for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.
